Łukasz Budzik
Łukasz Budzik, the head chef of the restaurant Między Mostami and the degustation concept MOST, gained experience in 3-Michelin-star restaurants, including the renowned Arzak in San Sebastian and Guy Savoy in Paris. He was recognized by the inspectors of the yellow Gault&Millau guide as the Chef of Tomorrow. In the meantime, he reached the finals of the Top Chef program and won the 9th edition of Food&Wine Noble Night.
He was the head chef at Prime restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel in Doha, the capital of Qatar, and at Mennicza Fusion in the five-star boutique hotel Granary La Suite. A chef with extensive experience and limitless culinary imagination, he strives to translate his creativity onto the plates in his kitchen every day. Personally, he is a husband and father. He rides a motorcycle and flies gliders. He dreams of obtaining a license to fly powered aircraft.
