The tasting dinner in the “Most” concept, located in the back of the Między Mostami restaurant, is an extraordinary journey that provides culinary experiences that linger in memory. Spend an exceptional evening with us and discover the unique flavors of Chef Budzik. The cuisine of Łukasz is meant to delight and provide unrestrained pleasure. The service is conducted contrary to traditional fine dining restaurants. In the tasting room, we play with flavors and textures, breaking established patterns.

Tasting Menu Price: 490 PLN per person 

The tasting menu is served on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in the “Most” dining room located at the back of Między Mostami.As the number of seats is limited, reservations are required and can be made through the “Reservations” section on our website.

When making a reservation, we kindly ask you to choose your preferred tasting menu experience and pay a deposit to confirm the booking.

If the goal in the funk room of Między Mostami is to restore the pride and rightful place of Polish cuisine on the Oder and to present it in a modern way, in the “Most” tasting concept, the only thing that defines us is the lack of boundaries. Chef Budzik uses all his knowledge and skills, gathered while traveling around the world, in composing the tasting menu. He gained experience in 3-star Michelin restaurants, such as Arzak in San Sebastian and Guy Savoy in Paris.

The tasting menu is a unique culinary journey, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and shaped through the full spectrum of modern culinary techniques. Technically refined and full of surprising flavors, it offers a true expression of the Chef’s creativity, precision, and talent.

The experience begins with an amuse-bouche — a small bite from the Chef — and concludes with a selection of petit fours, delicate sweet creations prepared by our pastry chef.

Między Mostami is open six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. The MOST concept is available from Thursday to Saturday.

From Sunday to Wednesday, the MOST dining room may be reserved for private events, family celebrations, and above all for business meetings that require discretion, privacy, and tranquility — whether for important negotiations or more intimate gatherings. Guests can expect exceptional service, refined cuisine, and a truly exclusive atmosphere.

The space is fully separated and may also offer a private entrance and exit. There is no other dining room in the very heart of the city that offers this level of intimacy.
